Terms of online ordering

These terms apply to pickup orders placed on this website with Obur Fusion Street Food Ltd ("OBUR").

Orders

You place an order when Square confirms your payment. If we cannot make it (an item has sold out, the kitchen is closed), we cancel the order and refund it in full.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars and come from our Square menu. Delivery apps set their own prices. The ordering page shows taxes and the total before you pay. Tips are optional.

Payment

Square runs our ordering page and processes every payment. OBUR never sees your full card number.

Pickup

See pickup and delivery. Keep your phone reachable so the kitchen can contact you about your order.

Refunds

See the refund and cancellation policy.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens. Write to info@oburfusion.ca before ordering if you have an allergy.
