Refunds and cancellation

OBUR has not published its full refund rules yet. Until it does, these basics apply.

If we cancel

If we cannot make your order, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including taxes and tip.

Something wrong with your order

Write to info@oburfusion.ca with the name on the order and what went wrong.

How refunds reach you

Square sends refunds to the card or wallet you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
